Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

  • Return Period: You may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earbuds and other personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: You may exchange items for a different size, color, or product (subject to stock availability).
