Return Period: You may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earbuds and other personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: You may exchange items for a different size, color, or product (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
